As a UX consultant for Conexiant, working in partnership with Elsevier, I was brought on to redesign an advertising submission platform originally built for a single publication—ADA News. The objective was to evolve it into a scalable, white-label system capable of supporting nearly 100 Elsevier publications.
I started with user interviews to uncover pain points and workflows, then quickly transitioned into a functional prototype using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This allowed for rapid iteration and early feedback from stakeholders. The next phase involves collaborating with the backend team to align infrastructure and ensure a successful launch by summer 2025.
